When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, area and any instructions you add for the rider or the kitchen.

We also store your order history, applied coupons and payment method type. We never store full card numbers.

2. How we use your information

Your details are used to prepare food, route the order to the nearest kitchen, dispatch a rider, send WhatsApp order updates and handle refunds or complaints.

Aggregated, non-identifying data helps us plan menus, forecast demand and decide which city to open next.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share the minimum necessary details with the assigned kitchen, the chef preparing your dish and the delivery rider.

Payment processors receive transaction data directly. We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers.

4. WhatsApp communication

By placing an order you agree to receive order confirmations and delivery updates on WhatsApp or SMS. Marketing broadcasts are optional and you can reply STOP at any time.

5. Data retention and security

Order records are retained for accounting purposes. Access is limited to authorised staff, and all admin dashboards are protected by role-based access.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct your details, or ask us to delete your account and order history by contacting support.
