Clear fees, honest timings, and food that arrives hot.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
1. Delivery fee slabs
Orders below Rs. 500 carry a Rs. 100 delivery fee. Orders from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,500 carry Rs. 50. Orders above Rs. 1,500 get free base delivery.
A small packaging charge applies per order and is shown separately in the bill summary before you confirm.
2. Base radius and distance charges
Each branch serves a base radius around its kitchen. Addresses outside that radius add a per-kilometre distance charge, calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery timings
Lunch service runs 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM and dinner 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Standard orders arrive in 35 to 55 minutes depending on distance and kitchen load.
Degh and event orders require at least 24 hours notice and are scheduled with the branch manager.
4. Order routing
Your order is automatically assigned to the nearest active kitchen based on your selected city and area. If that kitchen is at capacity, the next closest branch takes over.
5. Packaging standards
Curries travel in sealed leak-proof containers, rotis in insulated paper, and drinks in tamper-proof bottles. Hot and cold items are bagged separately.
6. Failed deliveries
Riders wait up to 10 minutes at the address and attempt two calls. If contact fails, the order is returned and the delivery fee is not refunded.
