The problem we started with
Restaurant food in Pakistan has become expensive and heavy, while thousands of skilled home cooks — mostly women — have no way to sell what they already cook every day. Students, bachelors and factory workers end up eating the same oily plate for years.
Dastarkhwan connects those two realities: verified home kitchens with fixed hygiene standards on one side, and families who want food that tastes like ghar ka khana on the other.
